I have found that click2mail is a great site to use to automate the entire process.

Another thing you may consider is automate some of your entries.

I'm curious to know, what are some tedious tasks that you're currently doing, that you wish to have automated to give yourself more time to work? 

Now our process is semi-automated.  

Unlike most industries where you can automate a lot of the process, property management will always require people on the ground and in the field.

Get on the phone talk to some potential sellers, see what they have to say, you can learn from the people you don't rent to or buy from. you can always automate after a few weeks or a few days even.That is NOT to say you should waste your time showing properties to tire kickers.

What if automated bull dozers could have the home knocked down and picked up in a single day?

Throw in GlobiFlow and you can automate many processes like follow up, data gathering, scheduling and more.  

I'm not set up to submit automated responses, so I'll need to be on here and that may not happen. :)   

If you don't have access to your local MLS (#1 choice) use a site like Redfin and use the records for closed sales, not automated values.
