I am going to put up some kind of warning ad on our homepage telling people that this person does not represent our company.

Now, you can heed my advice or dismiss it, I suggest you heed the warning.

@Jay Taylor Hi Jay - I think a lot of veteran investors on here will warn you against attempting to time the market or to beat it.

They communicated clearly that I was signing the lease without seeing it and warned me it was an older home etc.

If your on a buyers list for a wholesaler be warned that most of the time when that deal gets to your desk it already went past a few other guys.

The highest magistrates would have their lictors unbind the fasces they carried as a warning if approaching the limits of restraint.Traditionally, fasces carried within the Pomerium—the limits of the sacred inner city of Rome—had their axe blades removed.

The other thing that very few people warn you about, is that your title insurance may be voided when you transfer title to the LLC.  

Here in my city you'd be in violation of city code and could be fined $100/day after your warning period for a missing screen on a window. 

I warn all out of staters.
