You are competing against cash buyers, as is close in a week vs you are closing in more than a month, appraisals, inspections and now this tenant issue.

I challenged the company, suggesting that they can't possibly be making 2000 calls each day and speaking to ~200 prospects per day, generating only 3 leads in a span of 1 week.

We take 2 weeks in the summer and rent the remainder and still end cash flow positive.

The home is under contract and I am looking to close this week.

That only really buys you 1-2 hours per week! 

If a tenant says I left it spotless and it is full of garbage 2 weeks later how do you know the tenant did it or if someone broke in and did it? 

Innago allows unlimited e checks despite a tenant having repeated NSF They also are taking over a week to process payments. so I need a platform that avoids at least these scenarios.
