We started watching the webinars and signed up as a Pro Member in December and #BiggerPockets provided sound knowledge to go from zero to six properties in less than six months. 

I have learned tons from watching their interviews  and Q's and A's on AskBP videos as well.

I was unable to watch the entire webinar that aired tonight and am wondering if and when it will be available elsewhere.

I have watched what people go through getting Podio setup to their personal preference and never understood the hype with API and inbound/outbound capability.

It is a LOT easier and you will eventually find yourself in a position where you watch others that MUST work while you have a lot of freedom to do other things. 

I watch a lot of webinars and always here Brandon turner talk about how he loves house hacking / BRRR strategy but I haven't heard him mention this info.

I've been into real estate for a long time but mostly just paying attention to what others have been doing and watching the market in my area.

Watch the property and wait.It will need to go through probate and if they are not knowledgeable about home sales it will likely be listed with a agent.Don't get your hopes up most family members get real greedy after a death so the likely hood of a good deal may not exist.
