To my surprise the seller left the refrigerator, washing machine, Hoover vacuum cleaner, a jar of pennies probably $25 a plant on the fireplace with a card addressed to the new owner wishing me much happiness in the new home.

Currently it is averaging $512/unit (assuming the entire gross income is from rent and not from garage rental, coin-op washing machines, etc).

They agreed as they too could still smell the smoke.I washed the fans had the place painted and the carpet cleaned washed down the wood doors and base boards to no avail all before the ozone.I found a product called Vamoose on Amazon for $35-40 that was a gallon container.

They do have a sink in the bathroom obviously so they have water but its just too small to do big dishes in so they bring them upstairs to wash

I plan to do the following:*Rip out and replace carpets*Cockroach treatment (spray along baseboards)*Fumigation to take care of any other pests*Wash / wipe down the walls*Deep clean by maid serviceDo you think this is sufficient to make the place live-able again?

You would be surprised at how nice old hardwood floors look after a little scraping, washing and a good coat of wax.
