that may be a little more than what could be included for a good ROI on this project, I guess it'll depend on the remaining numbers as usual, though visually it would have a huge impact and the target market for this project would really be attracted to it.

Just a very weird dynamic, and it put Anne in sort of a buffer position, rather than being able to follow the inspector and ask questions (I could not be there, because I still have to work for money).

I have always found Real Estate fascinating, and living in Houston area found that it is a market, which is in high demand for rental properties, because of the high dynamics of the city.

@Doug Pretorius I totally agree with you however I would hypothesize that there are some powerful persuasive dynamics that are present when negotiating an offer to purchase that are lacking in an option to purchase. 

However I was looking for someone who would do more than just a visual inspection of the outside of the property - I was looking for someone to go inside (I can provide a one-time door code) and do detailed photos of  potential problem areas etc.
