I would say your fee cost is in right range, I would also put that if you are kept from access to apartment for service a fee of 75.00 will be charge for blocking entry, so if you have a notice out you will be doing routine work or inspection and they haven't called to reschedule you given them a bill because you were denied entry and have to come back, it happens and it's a complete waste of time..

If you still are uncomfortable or at risk, then form an LLC that doesn't have your name associated with it.

I routinely bring eviction cases in Montgomery County.

The 5% maintenance and repair allowance equals $1,067 and that seems much more inline with what it would cost to do some routine maintenance on a unit.

They have to be checked routinely which also gives you the opportunity to inspect the property to make sure it's being well maintained.
