Hopefully more trendy commercial restaurants/ bars could revive it more or Port's O Call.

It is really trendy right now, this open concept. 

hey guys from i'm  brooklyn so here goesif i only have $1000 bucks i'ld buy me 5000 business cards. then i go to the biggest shopping center there is and buy me a pair of comfortable shoes or sneakers. while doing this i would be giving out my cards. with my new sneakers on i would knock on as many foreclosed distressed properties i could get to . walking the neighborhood that you want to invest in is the most effective way to find leads. leads equal money. you will find a deal then wholesale that deal.. and repeat

There are some trendy areas that I love dealing in because of the up side.

The trendy and gentrifying neighborhoods might include Station North, Reservoir Hill, and Woodberry among others.  

The one thing they all had in common, there were all wearing brand new sneakers.

I'm actually interested in repeating this approach with future rentals, as I love to be environmentally friendly and imagine solar panels becoming more trendy in the future. 

I personally know half a dozen early 20s people who have purchased their first home in the area and am constantly seeing old run down dive bars being turned into trendy restaurants.
