You'll get a lot of mileage from those posts and people will be reaching out to you.You may end up doing a few free restorations for friends and family first to generate these pics and help your efforts gain some traction and get noticed.Good luck w/ the hustle!

Then set up preliminary meetings with loan officers at those banks and see how receptive they are to your loan proposal.If you are unable to gain traction at lending institutions, then you will need to utilize a private offering, usually a much greater hassle and more expense.

If I don't get any traction in the 1st 2 weeks I will call a realtor to see if they can help me get the vacancies filled.  

You will need to send out messages in mass amounts to get any traction.

They are heavy in Memphis more than the other markets they have listed on their website (Birmingham is getting more traction).

I'm not good with advice on structuring entities but maybe look into doing a JV agreement, IDK. the forum is a little slow cuz of holidays, hopefully this thread will get a little more traction. 

I have found connecting with community outreaches, VA, and other agencies in the area that work with section 8 vouchers has allowed us to gain traction on applicants with vouchers.

Otherwise, builders who build 100s or 1000s of homes per year (and work really hard to save $100 on any one trade) would start building with them.I'm sure many similar arguments can be made for any revulutionary product (electric cars) but SIPs and ICFs have been around for decades without gaining any traction.

@Chris Baxter Totally agree, I am reaching out to smaller firms now and getting some good traction with them.
