@Jim K.Shouldn't be that expensive.I would contact the regular people I use and see if they can do it asap as well as Facebook and next door offering a premium for quick service.Or do it yourself.You should be able to just cut it into a square and put up a sheet of drywall that is the same size, use a mud skim coat then use some spray texture from Home Depot.

Just an idea of what needs to be done, area needs to be contained off, walls removed, debris all removed, soda blast all the mold, spray down the area with antimicrobial, and seal any wood etc that had mold.

That brand is a good one as I have seen it spec's on some of my commercial projects for a comm room.I would look at installing spray foam (open cell) into the walls.
