I don't know what types of apts they are constructing for that 200-unit bldg, but your point has made me think about it some more...People forget that just because there are a gazillion brand new, high-end 3BR apts, that doesn't mean the demand is there for them. 

Im brand new to the forum and to real estate investing and have a question involving private lending.

The kitchen and bathrooms are all brand new with nice upgrades as well as all the windows in the home.

For job site where perfect accuracy is never required I buy what ever brand name is on sale at the time provided it has a good locking fence system.I have had various brand names and and all work about the same and last about as long.

Could some of you provide water meter brand and model recommendations?

I was researching, studying the big brands (Homevestors, Expresshomebuyers, etc) and my local competition.

Tear down the 3-4 unit and build several brand new townhomes ,condos or small lot homes.
