Hi All,I am in the process of listing my first rental and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were regarding the Zillow Application and Screening services for tenants?

Overall I have the impression that many software/tools--provide very interesting amount of actual deeds, history, lien info, county recorded documents, or other direct data.Here is an incomplete list of some services I'm looking into, to see if I find one (or 2) that are a good fit!

You are exempt from the "source of income" protection though, which means you are allowed to deny an application just because they have a housing choice voucher, which would not be the case if you owned more than 4 units.
