And there's a less visible segment (which I'm probably more attracted to), the young professional, (whether went to college or not) who wants a safe, clean, nice place to live where the monthly living expenses are relatively controlled and ideally for them lower than if there were to rent an apartment on their own.

I would think you could probably get close to $2800 renting to just about anyone, why would you limit yourself to such a small segment of the market?

This clip does have vulgar language, so warning there before watching. but the segment starting at 1:05 where they're all in the diner and then he asks them who wants to make a lot of money, and then they start skating around on side notes, off of the real topic of making money.  

It depends on which segment of the market you're looking at.

They had a small segment and a lot of newbies there, and I maybe picked up a couple of things, but then they just hard sold their 2k, 8k, and 20k education programs.

I have never done airbnb investing or US investing, so both segment and market are new to me.
