With that size of seed, I would buy notes and use cashflow to buy rentals (maybe).If you're a hands on guy and like tinkering with things (like I do), then buy a multifamily.

Think of it this way:Appreciation without cash-flow is a SEED.

Thanks Kevin…there are all valid points.I figured it would be good to see if I was able to qualify for the FHA or any sort of loan, before I planted the seed that I was interested in buying.

My average BRRSR return was 40% per year the first 3 years, but they took years of knowledge, harvesting seeds of marketing /networking and were few and far betweenSimilar in 'stocks' would be to comb financial statements,  buy a company seriously under-valued, stabilize it, add value and run it properly.  

Ideally with RE you keep on using your original seed money over and over again and you never pump any of your own funds into properties.

They can grow to twenty feet in ten years and they spread seeds.

It could be rehabs, car issues, seed money, expansion money, to what ever.

I'm never sure of the rules of posting that kind of info.To your point on the "series", yes that was my understanding and also thought it to be a good set up.Land Trust just creates an anonymous fog (so to speak) haha, so others don't know who the property is seeded to.

You're better off doing this for the first investment to grow your seed money, then use any number of other strategies after that so you can exponentially grow...instead of the linier growth you would get by using this as your only strategy.
