I will take any constructive criticism but if you are rude or mean, don't bother.  

@Angeli Castrence, as Bryan mentioned, due diligence is critical when working with turnkey companies.

However, I see 2 other critical roles missing one is a rock star CPA - to help guide me on the best way to move and frame out this company/money structure.

I welcome other opinions and criticism when I make a move so here we go. 

Critics of this method sometimes struggle with this aspect but when you consider it along with the other theories it makes perfect sense.

Pictures lie and can hide critical and very expensive damage.  

These can all be negotiated. its critical to review your own loan documents for what the bank's definition is to ensure you're in future compliance and not in default.

So picking the right ADU design and the right team to work with is critical.

I will warn you that that is a small list and there are literally (and I mean literally) hundreds if not thousands of solutions out there.The other thing I would recommend is you document your process and test the solutions against what is most critical in your existing business process.

Once I reach a critical mass of responses, I would be happy to share back on this thread what I find in aggregate, so you could all have it as reference too.Best,Anish
