Do you have a reputable company who is looking for investors?   

Hi All,I'm looking for recommendations for a reputable mason who is knowledgeable in basement waterproofing.

They have recently spring forth as two new iterations/websites to try to escape their reputation and keep ripping off investors- The other two current names are Real Estate Federal, and Real Estate Leads and Appointments.

Always find a reputable GC to bring with you, and make sure he gives you an “all-in” full reno estimate.

I understand that but I mentioned I was having an issue with the supposed only supplier in the area. 

But our building is pretty high dollar value and I have to have a reputable firm do it for this particular situation.

Also as the tenants pay down your mortgage you can use that equity for other real estate transactions.While hiring a PM is very daunting and we tend to get a bad reputation it is possible to have a positive experience with a PM. 

She suddenly remembered wires that she had forgotten for her TV (she had 2x 5" holes cut out of the feature wall to hide her cables, without asking) so it was easier to have her reputable painter guy pop in and cover up the holes and remove her last items without me having to see her again.My fault for not just getting it done myself I suppose but she is the sort of tenant that uses Court Action in seemingly every sentence and was seen taking pictures of everything when she left and even took a picture of her notice taped to my front door so I was trying to minimize any court action by at least keeping her in the loop of all the damage so I could get her replies by text to use if she decided to challenge my return deposit amount.She did admit to the burns in the carpet (stupidly putting hot coals from the fire in a plastic home depot bucket) and argued that it wasn't cat urine but vomit as her cat had cancer (but obviously didn't think to clean them or have them professionally cleaned).  

She said all of the insurers were adjusting their rates due to higher than expected losses.Looking for some other referrals to reputable insurers in Detroit so I can make some more calls. 

Granted, I think one reason we can do this is that our investment group has an extensive construction background --- both as contractors and material supplier.
