Need proper insurance in all aspects that's for sure. 

I bought a few brand new townhomes here in Utah and I really like the new aspect if you can get the numbers to work.  

Finding homes as investments has lower criteria in at least the finding aspect than finding the forever home. 

I’m not sure how to leverage that aspect of things  in my current scenario. 

They oftentimes are very familiar with different aspects of Realestate investing and offer valuable knowledge and information.

I had overlooked the double closing aspect.

So I would also suggest working on this aspect as well before fully committing to buying your first deal.

Please let me know if there's any info missing and that I should be considering in any aspect of a transaction.

There's so many aspects to property in the U.S and feel there's so many opportunities and so much to learn.I am really interested to learn as much as I can. 

Then I was fed, I’ve found another one-guy- management, he was building his PM business, but his repairs costs were building up as well.My remarks along the 10years-way: a) It might be a business circle for rental, but after ten years, they all inevitably come to the point when the major repairs are necessary to keep them alive. b) Though appreciation has doubled or even tripled the sale prices in area, the rent raised only about 50%.c) The cost of rehab and repairs tripled as well (well, for “craigs-profi” may be doubled).
