Growing My Cash Buyers List: Initially, I relied heavily on a small group of cash buyers, which limited my profits and left me with tougher deals to sell.

Also the "West End" (nobody used to call it that but I think they do now), residential area east of 27th and south of State I imagine would be prime STR location too.Garden City is formerly the trashiest area of Boise, and very rapidly on its way to becoming one of the hippest.

We intend to grow, but I've heard from others that Buildium is best for smaller portfolios. 

I'm seeing their quarterly earnings were released where they stated 3rd quarter revenue is projected to grow about that much from the previous year.
