These are expensive money but we used all of these methods and then latter did a Dave Ramsey Debt Snowball.1)  Get a business Line of credit for your LLC you can use as needed and pull money for down payments or rehab.2)  Get a credit card for your LLC, auto bill your insurance and other monthly expenses,  You can then make minimum payments this "saving" the difference as cash for other things.3)  Get a Prosper or similar loan.  

., because I think and have demonstrated that it is a place where real estate investment has and can prosper.

Drive the area from 10 am to well after dark.Hit the fast foods, the Taco Cabana, and the grocery stores, in the morning and well after dark.See if your potential renters look, prosperous with decent vehicles, down and out destitute, or scary bad guys.Make sure you are zoned for a 4 plex.Good Luck!

there are plenty of flip potential in those areas, as we have done plenty around those parts and it can be very prosperous but there is added cost for securing the home if it sits vacant. the south suburbs is another area that has good potential and wont bust your budget. need anymore advice let me knowJerry
