Gresham/Chatham Area
Hey BP
I've been trying to locate my niche around Chicago. I don't have North-side type money but have recently become enamored with the Gresham or West Chatham area kind of near that really cute park. I believe it's called Auburn Park. I was curious about whether anyone familiar with the area thinks there is flip potential out there as I have been approached about an off-market deal right off the pond.
Another area I'm interested in is Calumet Heights but it's a bit of a budget buster. Would anyone be able to suggest other areas where I should look for all in purchase + rehab around $120K with the expectation to work the property as a flip?
Thanks everyone!!!
