I invest locally in Pittsburgh, and I could not imagine giving up the contacts and relationships I've cultivated over the years because the county next door has slightly more landlord-friendly laws and ordinances. sigh....there he goes again, that Jim K. character, spouting his well-reasoned and sensible opinions.

There are folks that I swear that I would never do a deal with again and there are some that I would do a deal with at a moments notice because I knew their character, expertise and their experience in real estate.
