It is completely free for the investor/landlord, and you simply connect a bank account to it and it will guide you in having the tenants set up their method of payment (ACH transfer OR a debit/credit card {Paying with debit/credit cards charge tenants a substantial fee for using them and not using a direct bank transfer}).

Handles ACH, credit cards, and they have cash options as well.  

They charge a maximum of $2.00 for ACH (bank draft) rent payments and a 1.75% (I think) of the payment amount for CC use. 

It also has ACH and credit card pay the background checks for half the price of others and it just had better features.

I'll be using Zillow's property manager tool to list my home, create a lease, and possibly receive payments (I may use Venmo or setup ACH directly through my bank myself), but Zillow doesn't seem to have a maintenance request submission option. 

Most banks subscribe to a service that offers ACH payments.  

Assume zelle, ACH, etc aren't options for the tenant.Thanks -

I'm in Muscle Shoals and grew up in Russellville.

We primarily use Burbz for rent collection tenant screening reports.Our tenants wanted to use Venmo for payments but we required them to use ACH. 

It is free to use and is free to the tenant if they use ach, 10 to use a debit card, and there is a % they can use a credit card if they need to and I ensure my late fee cost more than the cc fee to help encourage them to use it.
