You don't need to know everything to get started; you need a foundation to build on, and the rest will come through experience and then refining your education.You can build a basic understanding of investing in 3-6 months.

For example, require a minimum FICO score of XXX, gross monthly income X times the rent, and verifiable income for the last X years.

Playing around with my Excel spreadsheet and got to thinking about selling my rental property in the next few months vs waiting until it's paid off in Jun 2027. 

Beyond the Monthly Management, Placement & Maintenance fees, all other fees in our contract are IF EVENT -> THEN fees.

As for rent, the three parties agree on a fair rent for the apartment and that is what you pay the partnership every month in rent.
