Lack of job growth makes for a scary situation when the music stops and this economy cools down. 

I responded to a post here on Bigger Pockets from loan officer Melodie Sickles offering private lender finance at 4%.The process has been pretty easy and the contracts appear ok however there is a $1,580 origination fee that is to be paid into a personal account prior to the loan being issued.$1,580 is not going to break me but I could do without a scam in my life.

He means that should someone do something illegal, your name is the one on the account, leaving you responsible when the legal notice comes in for someone downloading music or something of the sort. 

Investors may see the restrictions on building height and others becoming more common across the city and they don't want to be stuck "holding the bag" when the development music stops. 

I have a home in a residential zoning area and the vacationers in the STR's near us used crude language, blast their music into the wee hours of the morning, throw liquor bottles into neighboring yards, etc, etc.

As for culture... well it's mixture of different cultures and it's unique music (Motown), left its mark on the music industry. 

These include live music performances, food and drink vendors, a fan zone with interactive exhibits, and autograph sessions with drivers and teams.Why do I post this?

The houses are all jammed together and some of the PMs are renting out 9br homes for $100/nt to bad guests that play loud music and get into big fights outside. 

To further expand on my story, my wife is graduating nursing school with her BSN, and has an opportunity to do very well working remotely and attend a few music festivals a year.
