I highly suggest sitting down and concentrating and writing down in a journal - some pat answers you can pull out of your hat.Until you get really good at it, this is your automatic response from now own:1) "I'll have to get back to you on that."  

The only thing I would add is to journal any conversations if you ever want to go to court to get the money.
