I know I saw Professional Performance headed by Zac Fleckner mentioned in a post from a few years ago, but their company's website appears inactive. 

It may be helpful:I can give you some general info on insuring the property:Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective:1.Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)2.Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.If built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certifications4.Any wood stoves or secondary heating units.

Lastly, watch for active and inactive knob & tub or Aluminum wiring. 

Inaction, often born from overthinking, can be as costly as a hasty decision.

An example of rocket fuel in action is  if you have $100,000 to spend and pay cash you can acquire one $100k asset.

I'd say the only downside would be continuing education classes required to be active or inactive the referral network.   

I'm a Mortgage Broker, Investor, Wholesaler and use to be a Real Estate agent (license is inactive), so I hope I have a solid perspective about this.

There's been a noticeable increase in activity (bookings/inquiries) for the badged property since then. 

I have seen PM companies before make an error in setting up listings and inquires have gone to an inactive mail box or there was no way to schedule auto showings.May be worth contacting the company through one of the ads to make sure everything is running correctly.
