I have a few mobile home rentals but want to buy a four plex this year.

Has anyone purchased his Mobile Homes or Land Trusts Home Study Programs?

My goal is 1 property this year whether single family, mobile home park or multi-family. 

It’s quick and doesn’t have the negative stigma that comes with a mobile home.Good Luck.

Hello All,I'm going to look at an out of state mobile home park this weekend that I know is in pretty bad shape and only about 1/3 full. 

I've worked with a mobile home park firm the last few years and in my experience, most park investors don't like park-owned homes because of the high repair costs (even though you can usually rent them out 2-3 times higher than tenant-owned home spaces).

I choose to use an app called Tellus since its free and mobile and my tenants prefer a mobile system where they also get the notifications.

We are investing that money into silver, mobile home parks & paying off student loans!
