My clients bought a gorgeous ranch home in an upscale atlanta neighborhood about 2 years ago.  

Her owner's unit is gorgeous, and is probably over improved for an apartment set up, but it would be perfect for us as we would want to live there.

But I do have a pic of these gorgeous transoms he built to match over each door.And we did custom built in drawers in master closet (sorry, no light as of this pic)

The in ground pool that was so gorgeous in the pictures was trashed with a ripped liner and no equipment.  

Cheap infill with pink brick facades and peaked roofs are a visual plague in our historic neighborhood of flat roofs and ornate cornices.

Our buildings are gorgeous and so is the park but we have definitely dealt with some interesting situations over the years and rents at the building at a good 5-10% lower than some of our similar units Just blocks away.
