Can you help a flipper with flooring?

Clean facility easy and hard, value add steps. 

In response we did a deep clean on the unit and couldn't find any bed bugs but found some possible bug casing and bug excrement.

Clean the place up and move on.It's highly unlikely he would ever come back to you when he has child p*rn charges on his record.

You will have much higher cleaning/maintenance costs, higher turnover, unpaid rent, evictions, etc.

I don't believe it will go down a TON across the board, I think the corrections will be product specific as well - for example, I don't think the market has priced in how unaffordable it is to hold a condo in Miami and that market has bubbled in many areas - the prices today just don't make sense any more and I think there will be major cooling in the condo market, even though even at lower prices I will stay away from condos over 4 floors.

It works, just not as cleanly as we would like.

The apartment probably could use some cleaning beyond what Tenant A will do but doesn't need any serious work.

If they want lower rent prices, why don't they go after New York City properties that block off entire floors of buildings, rather than reduce the rental rates.

One of my listings is a guest room in our home and the other listing is an in-law apartment on the first floor of our home.
