I am still learning, still have A LOT to learn, but i figured i would put this out there for everyone to see, get a little feed back, and see if there is anything I could do better.

I've been a rabid lurker here for the past 4 or 5 months, reading up and watching videos posted on the YouTube channel. 

Then post those numbers and we can offer you more and better feed back. 

Unless its a lawyer feeding her hopes, but what's in it for him??!!  

@Ikean Lucasi would be glad to help. when i get more info, i will follow up with you. i have not heard from @Brian Dayal yet. i want to sit with a fee based CPA who could take a look at my financials and see if i could use some type to make my plans a bit more air tight. i am on a strict budget now, but their may be ways i could save and earn more maybe in a IRA, ROTH IRA or mutual fund account, stocks for bonds.anyone with more info, any feed back would be greatly appreciated. thanks BP.

I agree and appreciate your feed back...I'm already meeting some really nice people locally. :-) 

I said when I can go get a 4 bed 2 bath ,or 5 bed 3 bath like in Atlanta way back in the day( even Charlotte) Even when I showed up it in Atlanta , it was basically over the feeding frenzy That was late 2011 in that year. 

After all I may have a family to feed… what is typical?

I made every attempt to insulate them from us by adding r38 in their floor joist and using resilient channels before the 5/8" drywall was put up on my ceiling.
