It's so true, and it's also what I'm trying NOT to do :/ In terms of the 1-200/door @Jd Martin ... even with 1.3% rent ratios, which is what I'm targeting, that's been the best I'm able to do (with a 25% down loan) And that's also what BP tutorials all preach as normal.
