If I add 2 small bedrooms, a hallway and stairs, I can rent it as a 3 bedroom home (probably $1,000 or so).

The exterior set-up has the main part of the house opening to a screened in-porch with the big views with an attached sun-deck, it has stairs down to the large (2000 square feet) main deck area.
