Here is one of my BP articles just to provide a little context: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/10042/64744-5-...Even though you are taxed at passive income, STRs are really not passive at all unless you are going to go for a full turnkey provider, and if you do that you are likely not going to maximize your ROI unfortunately.
