Also, I usually have between 5 and 10 minutes in between sessions where I can check emails, answer texts, and or make a quick call.  

We see Feb and March as people still being employeed, businesses open and schools in session. 

Also, I would contact your local housing assistance program and see if they'll meet with you for a general Q&A session to familiarize yourself with the program a bit more.  

This maybe a full conversation between you and him at the table of the attorney to hash things out to getting a Sunday on the books to do a brainstorming session on the partnership.

If you can have a live video session, that's good too.
