In a hot market where buyers bid war prices to above asking, so many buyers have been shot down by the banks telling them the property appraised at significantly less than asking, got told a cash amount they needed to make up the difference, and they couldn't afford that cash requirement.

This is a little bit of a moonshot because they're so incredibly new that only a few places are pushing into the market, but it's worth a shot trying to find someone who will make it.

If you meet lots of people, focus on educating yourself and build the right systems, real estate is going to be a sure shot path to success.

In the future you have a more likely shot of doing something real estate-related with your LLC there than the big banks.
