After trying all three I actually went with Realeflow because I liked the way rehab calcs were set up, along with the ability to layer search results (for instance, HIGH EQUITY + OVER 50 Y/O).Granted the ability to layer search results is a very expensive upgrade for me right now ($1k for lifetime access), but may be very beneficial for direct mail lists after I have a few deals under my belt.I still really, really like the way REI Automator shows market analytics as well as quick comps and values if prospective properties.

They have a classroom where you can study how they rate stocks, bonds everything very analytical.

Being hyper-analytical, I had to put together a rough idea of what I would say and how I would respond to this or that.

As a side note, I am using Onera Group's STR analytics from their free tier (onera-group.com). 

The way the credit agencies lend a rating is, well it's interesting analytics, rather complicated really.

In this field I can combine analytical problem solving and process management skills with 'heart' to make money doing work that is actually meaningful.

I took a screenshot of the Google analytics from our system just now and it shows the #1 source of leads through our Carrot sites is Google organic search from SEO.

At an old shop we did some analytics on LVP and it is becoming more and more acceptable as people see it differently than "laminate". 

Coming from an analytical background underwriting made the most sense for me.
