Having just attended our first BP webinar 55 days ago, we've been drinking from a fire house!

A smart man told me to be careful of drinking the “it’s all about cashflow” kool-aid.

It is not safe to swim in (unless you dump tons of chemicals in it) or never safe to drink. 

There was a news article yesterday talking about how NASA is sending a probe to an asteroid they previously found that has enough gold in it that if it were on earth, gold would start being used in soft drink cans instead of Aluminum.

Or drink heavily before interacting with their underwriters.

I guess nobody really feels good about it, but when I buy a drink for $1 at the drive through and my total is $1.10, I have no qualm.

Usually free food and free drinks.

Hubby says they make enough money but just cant figure out how they get/got behind.. to me its basic math to others its a challenge and we know that 2 to 5% of borrowers are challenged this way and go into foreclosure for a myriad of reasons some is legit.. loss of job  health etc.. but many is just mis management of income to expenses.Consumer debt for these folks is what I came to believe is the real killer.. too easy to buy expensive cars too easy to buy motor homes and campers with the 20 year payments.. boats etc.. or just whipping the credit card out .. renters it seems are more human condition.. drugs alcohol  baby daddy broken family stuff .

They just need a few things:A place to drink beer after work.A place to cook dinner.A place to do laundry.A place to take a shower.A place to sleep.A place with lots of artwork of semi nude women.I provide that and a whole lot more.  23 STR's, 83 beds.

I have bad credit right now, I’m recently recovered from Alcoholism and starting to get my life back on track.
