Chris,Sometimes, you just have to accept that people - all of us, even "the man in the mirror" - have limitations, but no one will change until they understand the need and have a good enough reason.Often times, we develop into adults accepting the idea of acceptance: being the same everyone else because people fear what they don't recognize or understand, or don't accept it and reject it, sometimes violently.Accept others as they are, accept yourself as you are, and if there's a disconnect between yourself and others, well, that's just how things are unless you believe that changing yourself is to your best advantage and greatest good.Hope that makes sense...
