Priscilla Z,My understanding is if you don't have an operating agreement it defaults to state law.I have a generic single-member Florida operating agreement if you want it?

Like say for instance who is going to be responsible for working with the town to get the permits to build, who is paying for what, how much each partner owns percentage wise, what happens if x , y , z happen.
