I’ve been reading and studying different strategies and I’m very open to learning more and connecting!

Recently, many websites in Great Toronto Area comes up with all sorts of real estate information like bungol.ca  one of them, trying to enable people to study and find their property by self-studying , not going through real estate agent, do you really y think  is feasible?

I would go with syndications with that amount of money & study & look at many to become an expert & build a portfolio.

I had to do a lot of self study and research and it gave me a good overview about all areas of REI.

In addition, attend REIA meetings and study.

I’ve been studying up the last 9 months and glued to the BiggerPockets podcast.

Before you do anything sit down and study/learn all your state landlord tenant regulations or get a meeting lined up with a experienced landlord tenant attorney.

Study what is popular in that area. 

If I ever get big, I would like to pass on my knowledge to others as I go on and that's what I think it's nice to be in a community.I'm going to be studying for the real estate licensure sooner after I finish summer semester. 

I moved here a couple of years ago and have been studying the market ever since I moved, but this past year (especially the past few months) I've been really researching real estate investing and I'm ready to get started!
