However, the rents are still as high, if not higher, than when we started, so we've still got cash flow most of the time.After Hurricane Sandy last year, we had a great tenant move out due to personal issues, literally 2 days after the hurricane, and the new tenants, despite being financially stable, turned out to be a major problem less than a week into their tenancy.
