If your not selling any physical products and only renting out a space that has been decorated to resemble the set of a popular movie do you have to wory about any intilectual property lawsuits?

Reminds me of the movie, "There Will Be Blood".

I like stand up comedy and superhero movies(I like the villains though), my favorite is deadpool.

I bought an old closed movie theater in the downtown area with lots of free on-street parking.

I just don't see the point in sending them Christmas cards, movie passes, gift cards, etc. for doing what they agreed to do; pay the rent and keep the place in decent shape.
