Dani, take your time and work through some of the stuff here. it's like a massive personal library and every investor question has been dealt with here at some stage or another. 

I usually go to the local library or coffee shop also. 

I've been learning a bit first hand with the properties I am partnered in, been checking out a lot of books from the library, and searching many sites, blogs, documents, etc. online to gather information. 

I'm new here, and posted my first post over in the new member introductions area last night... and I first wanted to say thank you for the kindness shown to me :)I wanted to start a small library on real estate investing, maybe 3-4 books to start with....any recommendations of the top 3-4 books?  

I remember using our very first home PC to print out a "magazine" (maybe I was about 7?).

The local library in my area has free financial advisors. 

I expect they are the usual uses permitted in a residential area: child care center, clubs/lodge, community care center, library, religious assembly.

I will be living in my primary residence located 15 miles north of PC.

Then I found this book at my library about wholesaling real estate that didn't require much if any money and it could happen in a matter of weeks.
