Best books on real state investing?

Good morning!!

I'm new here, and posted my first post over in the new member introductions area last night... and I first wanted to say thank you for the kindness shown to me :)

I wanted to start a small library on real estate investing, maybe 3-4 books to start with....any recommendations of the top 3-4 books?  I'm new to RE investing and am interested in flipping, rentals, and wholesaling for now...

Thanks!!

@Joseph DeSouza

Great to see another Floridian on BP!

There are so many, and @Brie Schmidt referred you to a great thread with lot's of good book recommendations.

One of my favorites is 'The Millionaire Real Estate Investor' by Gary Keller.  It is amazingly simple, and a nice audiobook listen if you're in the car a lot.  He covers all the topics you mentioned and then some.

@J Scott wrote a great book on Flipping http://get.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook/ that moves past the concepts and reads more like a start to finish manual, extremely helpful!

and @Brandon Turner wrote a great book on buying RE with no/low money where he really delves into wholesaling http://get.biggerpockets.com/nomoneydown/
