These will always have the words "SPEC GRADE" stamped into the metal mounting strap somewhere - take one out of the box at the store and look!

Finally, I asked the pest control guy what's wrong and he tells me when he got there, there's dirty dishes on the dining table, dirty dishes in the sink, and when he lifted up a mat next to the sink, about 50 roaches scattered.

However, if you are strapped on capital and would just like to get started, they are better than doing anything at all!

My hunch is if you're having trouble raising the capital either it's not the best deal for the market or everyone is strapped thanks to rate rises (or a combo of both).
