And when I travelled to Madison MS on other business I would do drive bys stop knock on the door say high that kind of thing.. one of the tenants was there the entire 12 years then bought it.. just does not get any better than that.short of buying on the west coast in 2009 and your property tripled..

We started a Green Apartment Network here in Madison, where there is a tremendous demand by tenants looking for a green place to live.

So my rental is in Milwaukee County in Milwaukee, WI, and the parent signed for them in Dane County, Madison, WI, then I would have to go to courty in madison an hour away.

If you are interested in student housing rentals in Bpt, I'd try off Madison Avenue/Park Ave area closest to the college (North End).  

Detroit is not safe enough and Ann Arbor is too expensive so we are looking for something in between - Livonia, Garden City, Belleville, Ferndale, Royal Oak, Madison Heights, Superior Twp., Dearborn Heights, Berkley, Troy, Sterling Heights, etc.  

If you *must* buy in Seattle try Ballard, Admiral District, Magnolia, Upper Queen Ann (not lower), Madison Park, places north of I 90.
