This is a cultural issue. 

I understand the stock is older - however, looking for insight on tenant-base, local culture/demographics, supply/demand, economic drivers.You know, in laymen's terms, the things Wikipedia won't tell me.  

I am not invested in Indianapolis, but I like the city, its economics and culture.  

The difference, unfortunately, between right and wrong is now a culturally derived and global influenced concept.

Have a reason to talk to strangers (your future competition), you need to learn the culture of the auction business.The problem with lots of folks getting in this business is that They don't know, what they don't know.

Full of culture, great food, interesting people  - and HUGE hassles trying to get things done or actually reach a living breathing person who will help you get what you need.I was mentioning this to one of my agents this morning. 

And yes we'd love to stay within what's called the 270 corridor where there's still easy access to the city, great schools and a community culture as opposed to complete suburbia. 

For that I am thankful.I am thankful for the culture that BP has created.

I am very fascinated in studying society, culture, travel and how these impact our local communities!

Ask tough questions, expect consistent results, define the  culture and insure that you are not investing on faith.
