Just a couple months ago it was on the news that for supply to catch up to demand in the Treasure Valley an additional 10,000 units are needed.  

For example, a tax lien investor may end up with a land parcel and a treasurer's deed and wish to then sell that property, but the title may not be warranted with only a treasurer's deed.

I know people who have been on the board and it is a lot of work with no pay.With that said, being only four units you may end up on the board whether you want to or not (President, VP, Secretary, and Treasurer).

I mean if they really want to, all they have to do is go to the Cook County Treasurer's website and type in the address to pull up the tax records, literally takes 10 seconds.Those who don't figure it out are the type of people who really honestly just do not care.
