It makes sense that with inventory and new listing dropping that prices are staying elevated; it's a great time to list your home if you're thinking about it.I like lots of charts and graph, sometimes the pictures put things into perspective. 

The report says that it has polyethylene plumbing and organic growth on some spots on the kitchen ceiling, but they don't show elevated levels of moisture.

I also recommend practicing your elevator pitch.

May have to reserve elevators, keep noise down or use specific building materials.

Hey, I'm currently an elevator mechanic in NYC looking to escape the rat race.

So I stopped doing the signs as well.Then Postlets became Zillow Rental Manager, and I started to see bugs, "features" get scrambled, my single story single family home suddenly is listed as having elevators and doorman. 

I had a property that narrowly missed being flooded by Harvey (waters pooled up beyond curb but just below the elevation of the property).  

I looked into the typical banks online and their fees/overlays were elevated to say the least.  

It is a single story home (pier & beam...so it is a bit elevated) and every bedroom has at least 1 window.

As a result for the next handful of years you have a elevated premium until you go some time without a ticket or accident.
