In other words, do they dislike scenario B b/c in scenario B I don't necessarily have to go and pay off the credit cards, since they aren't secured by the property? 

My neighbors, long time residents of this neighborhood which I've become well acquainted with, have all brought up to me their dislike of these people around.

You might gain or lose money outsourcing, but how does shouldering the burden of something you dislike so much or letting go of something you really love cost you- not just financially, but personally? 

I am leaning towards swallowing my extreme dislike for what Intuit is making us do, and just going ahead and upgrading to QB2016, and possibly even upgrading from Pro to Premier since it appears to have one function that I currently really want- reports by class.  

I dislike the delay, but since I always get my money I don't particularly care, and it couldn't possibly get any easier, only a little faster.

Your actions define if they like you/dislike you, and the house you're renting to them determines if they want to work with you.
